Mitch McCulloch – London born former chef who hung up his apron and switched East London for the Ancient woodlands of The New Forest. Mitch has recently established a biodiverse no dig garden on a previously conventionally farmed site. His Garden is a testimony to regenerative growing, permaculture principles and pre-industrial farming techniques.
