I am an ayurvedic physician and a clinical researcher. My journey includes a bachelor of ayurvedic medicine and surgery from the esteemed Chaudhary Brahm Prakash Ayurved Charak Sansthan, New Delhi, India and a masters in research (MRes) in clinical science from Norwich Medical School, University of East Anglia, UK.

Currently, I run my ayurvedic practice in Manchester and also offer online consultations to the people outside Manchester. My ethos is to offer a harmonious fusion of ancient ayurvedic wisdom and cutting-edge modern research. I specialise in tailoring ayurvedic solutions to balance seamlessly with people’s unique lifestyle and schedule, offering a pathway to alleviate discomforts and health challenges.

I thoroughly enjoy educating, writing and creating awareness about Ayurveda and holistic health. I have worked with a CIC, Aarogyam UK as a research officer/ Advisor and also led their health awareness programs on diabetes and lifestyle disorders, as an ayurvedic physician. I am motivated to extend my knowledge of research to the Ayurvedic community so the world can better understand the concept and benefit from the system.
